At Bruntcliffe Academy we place the highest possible priority on safeguarding our students, making sure they are protected from harm and given the information they need to protect themselves. We work closely with parents and the local community to fulfil this role and we take this responsibility very seriously.
We remind students frequently that our main priority is to ensure that they feel safe and happy in school. We have a number of posters throughout school in all departments and communal spaces, which highlight the adults in school who are responsible for safeguarding and where they can be found and how they can be contacted
